The lobby area felt secure. Breakfast had many food options. Staff members were cute, from reception to the rooftop bar. The rooftop bar offered a view of Jerman Beach. I stored bags at the hotel while out before using the shuttle.

The rooftop pool had nice ocean views and breakfast was included.
My room WAS noisy. I could hear conversations through the walls. I told the receptionist, but they could NOT do anything. It's a shame the walls are NOT soundproof.

The complimentary airport drop off was very convenient for my early flight. the driver was really lovely and helpful with my luggage. i appreciated the rooftop pool and bar. The sunset view was a great way to end the day.

i requested an early check-in and the reception accommodated me. they offered breakfast for the arrival day since i checked out early. the hotel features clean rooms a pool and a spa. the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient.
the hotel charged my card immediately despite indicating the charge would occur one day before my stay. i had difficulty contacting the hotel by phone to clarify this charge. it took several attempts to get through to them for confirmation about payment.
